Return Process

  Inspect Your Plant

  Upon arrival, carefully unbox your plant and check for any signs of transit stress or damage. Please take clear photos of the plant and packaging if you notice any issues.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos to initiate a return or exchange process.

  Prepare for Return

  For non-living items like pots and tools, ensure they are in original packaging; for plants, follow our specific repacking instructions to ensure their safety during transit.

  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once your return is processed, we will ship out a healthy new specimen or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
